Xander Surveying are a independent team of Chartered Surveyors specialising in residential property.
We work from our offices in Caterham, providing home surveys in local surrounding areas such as Kenley, Warlingham, Purley, Coulsdon and Surrey.
We are proud members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) so our customers can be assured our reports are honest and impartial.
Our surveyors are RICS qualified and are registered valuers. We have local knowledge and over 20+ years of experience. The chances are if there is an issue with your property we have probably seen it before.
